Field Service Engineers are specialized in managing complex field services for customers and responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, major repairs, retrofits, dockings, revisions and maintenances. Any intervention will be followed up by a detailed report pointing to a possible causes and providing recommendations for the gearboxes.

Responsibilities:

# Responsible for the field service on RENK gearboxes(transmission) and components.

# Attendance in installation, commissioning and repair for Gearboxes.

# Giving qualified advise and service to our clients in technical questions

# Planning and coordination of the activities concerning service and repair including cost and quality control.

# Execution of maintenance and service assignments and instruction to external personnel.

# Independent processing of warranty claims.

# Preparations of cause analysis concerning damage events.

# Preparation of technical reports.

Qualifications:

# Bachelor's degree.

# Under Approx. 3 years of mechanical engineering experience on the marine industry. (ex. marine engineer career)

# Sailing, field service, commissioning experience at the shipping companies, shipyards preferred.

# Good technical knowledge in marine industry required.

# Able to use: computer and office software (e.g. excel, word, ppt etc).

# Good cross cultural understanding and ability of team working.

# Good communication skills and understands in English in conversation with clients, subcontractors and counter partners outside of Korea.

# Good service manners to the customer with a passion. 

급여 외:  

근 무 형 태 : 정규직

계 약 연 봉 : 세전 4,300~4,500 만원

인 센 티 브 : 업무 성과에 근거하여 회사의 재량으로 지급.

급여외 수당: 출장 일비 지급

                          - 국내 서비스: 7만원/일

                          - 해외 서비스: 10만원/일

                          - 식대, 숙박비, 유류비 및 기타비용 별도 지급
