Introduction

• Enviros and Mtide in partnership with Dolphin Geo Subsea Pte Ltd have established a majority owned Korean

Joint Venture entity named Enviros Korea which will provide environmental, metocean and G&G services in

South Korea primarily for the Renewables Energy sector.

• Mtide are already established in providing long term environmental services to the offshore wind farm sector

in Korea.

• Mtide have local logistics, offices and vessel resources including environmental and geotechnical drilling

vessels which can work in Korea domestic water.

• Enviros have international prequalification and experience for various major developers in the Renewables

Sector with focus on project management and high quality and safety for all operations and reporting.

• Enviros operate under DNV ISO certification with consistency for all projects/offices with integrated

management system.

• Enviros Korea will have access to additional local vessels and resources to help meet the demand for

geophysical/geotechnical services plus innovative geophysical and autonomous USV services.

• Enviros Korea combine the benefits and capability of both JV partners and provides in country capability,

local content/resources and an extensive combined project history with some of the major developers

worldwide and technical capability
